There is a lot of blizzard employees who were around when they were big, some of them are clearly not liked for some understandable reasons.Some of you guys got to come up with better ways to justify you clicking this article and posting like you need to defend someone. In other words, stop taking the troll bait.In more topic to this article, he's started the wheels of maybe another successful mmo or maybe just generating hype for it to help it go. (make loh go so to say).
Hmm, I'm a bit worried about Riot's MMO. There's been no real information about it, even though it's been in development for so long, and now the director is jumping ship. Leader's don't do that unless 1) the thing they're working on is going to fail or 2) they get a much better position elsewhere, but he's already at the highest game designer rank, at a good company.
I remember this guy, REALLY hated paladins..
Sorry for his loss. Surprised to see that he is still intent on working in game development after stepping down from Riot with such a reason. I wonder where he will go. A return to ActiBlizz would be crazy and unlikely. But after working for some of the biggest players in the space, Riot/ActiBliz, I don't really think he would be interested in a major downgrade. Places that can throw as much/more money than Riot are probably names like Epic or Microsoft, right? I'm also interested in this team he mentioned. Do we know any of the members? Has Riot announced publicly any notable names working on the MMO other than GC?
Why do people want ghostcrawler back? He did terrible things for the game during cata, mop and wod. Some of the things were solid but there were more bad than good. Like the 7 talent trees.Wow is better without him
I hope he's correct in saying he's left the game in great games. My hype died down a bit but I'm still looking forward to the game.
