Once you turn in this quest, you'll receive:

Trinket
Reduces fall speed for 10 seconds (30 minute cooldown)

Just faught her 49 lock she hits like a whimp (10-20) but does a nasty silence and knockback that deals alot of damage, the killer is all the adds she'll knock ya into so clear the hallyway

also she takes awhile to spawn from getting yer 20th pilla

If you slipped up and turned in Kill Em With Sleep Deprivation before the Chambermaid appeared, you can always bring an alt down here, spawn the Chambermaid, and then log back onto the toon you want to have the trinket.

I did this with my 80 druid and 67 Shaman this afternoon.

I can confirm that you must be at least level 45 to be able to start this quest. And at that point the quest is coloured red in your questlog.

Seeing this quest here but not in the game as well as the odd absence of comments from classic / vanilla days of thottbot and allakazam, I did some digging around. From my research online and on this site, this quest should not be here on the WoWHead Classic version as it did not exist during classic / vanilla days. The earliest I could find was that it was added towards the end of WotLK but likely with the Cata revamp. While the quest giver did apparently exist during classic / vanilla, she did not give out nor receive any quests from what I could find. This also applies to the other quest associated with this: Kill 'Em With Sleep Deprivation.

Just completed this quest as a horde character in the WOTLK pre-patch, it is not Alliance only.

After you pick up the first pillow for the quest Kill Em With Sleep Deprivation a timer starts, at the end of the timer Chambermaid Pillaclencher will spawn, she is a lvl 49 elite with about 20k hp, once defeated she will drop a large blue pillow on the ground, pick it up to start the quest.
The timer, according to time stamps in my chat log.
Pillow1-35:40 (start timer)
Wave1 -36:38 (58 seconds)
Wave2 -41:03 (4m30s)
Wave3 -45:13 (4m10s)
Total time (9m38s)

She appeared about 5 minutes after doing Kill 'em with sleep deprivation. After i killed her, a giant pillow appeared that you click on and get 'Look at the Size of It' !

Why such a long cooldown? 5 - 10 min seems reasonable.

Chambermaid Pillaclencher will spawn roughly 10 minutes after you start looting pillows.
Once you start stealing pillows you'll hear a Sleepy Dark Iron Worker yell, "Our pillas! Someone has stolen our pillas!"
A group of Sleepy Dark Iron Workers will spawn and start patrolling through the bunk area where the pillows are.
About 4-5 minutes after that, another Sleepy Dark Iron Worker will yell, "We'll not let this act of madness go unpunished!"
Another group will spawn and start patrolling.
About 5 minutes after that,Chambermaid Pillaclencher will spawn and yell, "Thieves! Scallywags! Rapscallions! Come face me gigantic pillas!"
Once she's defeated she will drop Pillaclencher's Ornate Pillow on the ground which you can interact with to loot Chambermaid Pillaclencher's Pillow, that item will start the quest: Look at the Size of It!
