ah, the Blood Elf in me wants to get angry over the assumption that Theron would be thrilled at the prospect of wearing bracelets, but I just can't help it, I have to laugh at the idea. Doesn't he already have enough problems with people's assumptions? =)

Judging by the item, 'Lovely Charm Collector's Kit' 's flavour text: "...for the collection of Lovely Charms from worthwhile enemies.", you ~~may need to engage in PvP combat to collect the charms. So you would need either 10 Honorable kills, 10 Killing Blows, or looting 10 Horde/Alliance corpses, similar to the items in Alterac Valley.~~

Edit: You only need to kill something that gives exp.

All you need to do is kill NPCs that would give you XP. Obviously, at lvl80, this means that NPCs that are at least green.

Also, note that in this case, it does NOT matter, whether it was you who hit the NPC first or not. I don't really know if you can steal a kill eventually or not, but I have received Lovely Charms for killing NPCs that were already engaged by other players (and as such, their name was greyed out for me).

Ask a friend to a Raidgroup. Go to ULDUAR. Grab a Demolisher. Go right down the stairs and kill the Dwarfs.
Easy 200 Lovely Charms in 10 min.
