Talk to the female troll standing a couple of yards away to buy the imbued vials, then head due north towards the lake, on the way stop to collect 3x Haze Leaf, once you hit the lake just kill a couple of the Threshers and then collect one of the weeds.

Waterweed Frond found at 14,40 in the water.
Haze Leafs found around 13,41 and on the other side of the river at 13,39.
You can purchase the vial at the female troll in the camp where Drakuru is.

the Haze leaves grow a little north west of the camp, near the large tree base.that's where I got mine anyway.

Haze Leaf is at 15.44

After getting this done, I was able to pick up Scourgekabob from Prigmon just a few yards away.

To prevent the evading, get in melee range. When you hit a mob and it can't hit you back (in this case because it was stuck) it will evade and heal back up as mobs usually do when they evade. So if you just get in close so he can hit you back he will hopefully not evade any more.

Vial can be bought from vendors. Ameenah is vendor in the camp.
Haze Leaf are around the camp, outside NW is where I found all 3
Waterwead is at bottom of lake at 15 40.

All is sprinkling so u cant miss the objects :)
