Think you need to be friendly with netherwing to get this quest.
You get it deep down in the netherwing ledge cave close to a flying dragon Toranku, from the orc Ronag the Slave Driver.

To get to the quest npc's you'll have to backtrack and get up on the first small bridge there is. Then just head on while taking every right turn you can that isnt a dead end. ( if you pass through flayer's you're in the right direction).

Ronag the Slave Driver is at 71.6 by 87.6 on the bottom level. Left side of the tunnel as you come in

This is not a daily, repeatable quest. Once you are friendly, the mines quests open up. There are two repeatable ones and this one, a one-time quest.

I am getting same problem on my warrior as did with rogue and lock.
The kills do not register, I must have killed 20 miners and 5 foremans and only 3 miners have registered.
I have tried making sure there enraged, not enrages, sat down having a sh!t etc.
$%^&es me off this quest.

The miners and the foreman are in the area where the Nethermine Flayers and Ravagers are. If you enter that area, go south.

these guys are friendly to me. Do i have to put netherwing to hostile then kill them? and i think this will decrease my rep or something? It's confusing. i cant attack them atm.

group is located at South East corner of the mine.

if ur looking for the area, go back to where all the tracks meet, goto right, theres a small bridge, go up and cross over, goto right, u will come to a main room, stay to right, next room is where u will find them, lots of mobs in the way, but easy quest overall

[Don't worry about this dragon, <nombre>. We've got plans for it...

Deeper in this mine is a band of crazed Murkblood. After the dragon broke out, they were cut off from the exit. Somehow, after a mere 2 days of isolation, they've lost all sense of decency.

They've resorted to cannibalism and the promotion of mayhem. We don't need that kind of madness in this place. Find 'em and kill 'em. All of 'em.]
