I think it's just you, they are humanoid/undead so they drop cloth and money. Maybe you were just getting lucky, I did notice they drop a nice amount of silver though.

Well . ive tryed too complete this Q , in order too get my Imba goat :>
Theres pelenty of mobs around the grounds, so if your a feral druid, with ok gear , then moonfire 3 grp's and bear and swipe em all :>

As of the Ulduar patch (forgot number :P) u only need 8 2 finish the quest. It probably changed earlier, but im doing it now so there.

The orc spirits in question are located at 27,59 and the surrounds. They're easy
enough to kill but note that if you wish to farm Oshugun Crystal Samples, this
is the one of best places to do it. Drop rate is approximately 1 per 9-10 orc kills.

[Do you see them walking around us? The Ancestral Grounds are normally quiet and undisturbed.

As of late, the ancestral spirits have risen and are extremely agitated. Something is causing a great disturbance to the spirits. We must discover what that something could be, but first, we must put the immediate threat to rest.

These ghosts that you see walking about are not truly the ancestors but a representation of their state of being. You must destroy the agitated orc spirits. Do this and return to me.]
