Don't need one; GS is useless/broken beyond repair and things go by the in game ilvl now.

I haven't used gs since icecrown came out, but if you really want it the addon is called playerscore now.

edit: Thought you might be looking for the wrong name, but after discovering it can be found as both gearscore and playerscore the location is wowinterface.com

Things do go by ilvl, but you can't just look at someone and get a summation of their item level. You'd have to go to Armory to see that number.

I wouldn't use GS because of how useless it is ilvl now. But even if you want it it is playerscore now and here is a link if you really want it. http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/gearscore.aspx

I use True Item Level all it does is calculate the average item level of a players equipped items.

The 'gearscore' phenomenon may have sailed, the Playerscore addon will tell you at the click of a button the gear, gems and enchants of a player.

It does still add everything up to create some arbitrary number, but nobody uses that anymore :P
