Just run up the path to about 55,72 at which point a dot will be placed on you. This dot is the quest objective, you only need to kill about 3 mobs total.

I think this quest series was removed in the live BC.

Prospector Balmoral was removed from the game after beta. I think this quest too.

I saw a horde doing this quest... so it must be available to them some how.

[In my time out here, I've had a few interactions with the arakkoa, none of them friendly. They seem very territorial, but I suppose we're the same way, aren't we? Not even the ancestors recorded any encounters with the bird-men.

The arakkoa wield a kind of primal magic unknown to our seers and have used it to weave defenses for Veil Shalas. Before moving against them, it would be wise to scout out their defenses so we know what we're up against.]
