Make sure you buy the 작은 종이 비행선 from Jepetto, not the 종이 비행선 조립도구. The regular paper zeppelin is meant for tossing at players, while the small one is specifically for the orphans.

After you buy the Small Paper Zeppelin throw it to your orphan to complete the quest.

You cannot buy this before you get the quest (in preparation), so don't bother going to Dalaran early to get it.

I've thrown the Small Paper zepp to my Orcacle Orphan around 5 times and still can't seem to complete the quest's objective. Have tried tossing at him inside and outside the Wonderworks, nothing happened. help?

there are 2 zeppelins for sale - 1 is a kit and you can't throw it to the kid... the other is at the bottom of the list and is a single toy, thats the one for your orphan
