You want to travel due West from Thunderfall to find him. He's on the Southeastern side of the Terrace.

Leads to these 2 quests:
The Earthen Oath
and
Loken's Lackeys

Edit: Don't be like me and accidentally type in the coords backwards. Took forever to find him because he only appears in view when you are like 50 yards from him.

i had problem to find this guy. a tip is to get cartographer from curse.com and dl it and use it it's very helpful u can see the whole map without discovering it. Any way it's west from camp tunkalo use your flying mount and fly east and you should be able to find him don't fly to high tough

Yet another quest that Quest Helper gets confused with because the original NPC becomes phased during your questing. Don't follow the Quest Helper arrow for this quest, make sure you go to his new location at 56, 51.

he is to the south-east of the actual writing on the map that says 'Terrace of the Makers'. just on the mountain range there.

Drop this quest, and you're screwed. Thorim will not be in Thunderfall OR on the ledge at the Terrace to give you the quest again. Guess I will have to wait around in Thunderfall to see if I can get it next time someone calls Thorim for his hammer.

EDIT: You can get the quest from the Thorim up at the Temple of Storms. Just found this out. Glad he was still there :)

This must be the worst quest line ever, unless you have epic flyer. Enjoy the horror of flying across the zone 200 times.
