Simply ask the guy to send you to the top of the temple to the Queen.

Just talk to the Steward and ask for a ride to the top, return quests and get bunch of new ones!

The are three levels to the Wyrmrest Temple.

It doesn't cost anything to travel to the three levels, but you need to speak to the following characters:

Tariolstrasz Ground Level 57.9, 54.2
Lord Afrasastrasz Middle Level
Totastrasz(Dragon) Top Level

It is on the top level that you will find Alexstrasza the Life-Binder Queen of the Dragons.

Wait, wait, wait, HOLD IT. The great Queen Alexstrasza knew of my little draenei hunter before she was even born? But she wasn't even born on Azeroth! I think my hunter would probably be terribly embarrassed by that, but secretly a little pleased. :D That sort of makes Alex something like an awesome grandmother.

Ah, well, the lady's an Aspect....when you've got a fancy title like the "Life-Binder", I guess you have to know those kinds of things. It just makes more sense with gnomes and humans and elves and taurens...etc.
