Just head across the bridge over the worg pit. Follow the path UP until you reach the catacomb entrance, then head inside. He's just inside at the bottom of the entrance.

Once you are in go all the way down. You have to kill some monsters and he is on the left hand side past the entry way.

You can find the "Harpoon operation Manual" under the ground in a cave. You will have to Cross the Bridge and get down to the "Utgarde Catacombs".

here are some coords:

the bridge over the worg pit starts at 57, 53, the entrance to the utgarde catacombs are 58, 61

Basically you need to go out of the area where you found Zedd and go over the same bridge from which he was hanging. Coords for entrance to the bridge are 57, 53.

"Glor and Dae inside catacombs. Have cipher and tablets."

Perhaps you should head into the catacombs located just north of here and search for Glorenfeld and Daegarn. The bridge crossing the worg pit will lead you right to the tunnel leading down into the catacombs.]
