주술의 분노, relative to its TBCC version, had its cooldown halved to 1 minute and can now be used while stunned but attacks which proc its effect only regenerate half the Mana it used to in TBCC. Still, when combined with the new 폭풍의 일격 연마 talent, Mana issues should be an issue of the past.
주술의 집중 now reduces the costs of Shock spells by 45% instead of requiring a melee Critical strike for a 60% Mana cost reduction on your next shock.
Most group buffs and totems, such as 해방된 분노 and 대지력 토템 are now raid wide but do not stack with similar effects, such as 누더기골렘의 힘 and 겨울의 뿔피리. You can still use the 강화의 토템 talent to make Enhancement's version the strongest, however.
불꽃 회오리 replaces Fire Nova Totem, and can be used with any Fire totem.
정화 토템 merges the function of Disease Cleansing Totem and Poison Cleansing Totem and is even more powerful, as it now ticks faster! It still only removes debuffs from your party, however. 독소 해제 is the new combined single target version.
Tranquil Air Totem and Windwall Totem were removed, and 대지력 토템 / 질풍의 토템 had their functionality changed and now apply raid wide, but do not stack with similar buffs from other classes. 천벌의 토템 and 불꽃의 토템 also had
their functionality changed.
대지 충격 no longer interrupts enemies (칼 바람 does) but instead slows their melee attack speed for 8 seconds.
Buff totems and 피의 욕망 / 영웅심 have powerful raid wide effects now, but no longer stack with similar buffs, and you can only get one Bloodlust / Heroism effect every 10 minutes. Buff totem durations were also extended from 2 to 5 minutes.
돌가죽 토템 now increases Armor for the raid instead of reducing damage from melee hits on party members.
돌발톱 토템 now protects your other totems with a ~1000 health damage shield when used.

I see an oversight. Under the "incredible utility" section for Resto & enhancement I see that you mention totem-of-wrath. This is deep in the Elemental tree so Enhancement & Resto shamans will never use this.

You failed to mention that "Axe Specialization - Expertise with Axes and Two-Handed Axes increased by 5." now includes Fist Weapons as well, making Orc's more viable.
