Today, I saw on the AH a pair of these. However, they didn't have the random enchantment. Just a blue with armor. It was odd.

Syreian's Leggings of the Bandit dropped for me last night and I put the on the AH for 99g start 149g buyout and sold them overnight. They had over +100 attack power though not the +96 stated above. (I think it was exactly +112) Syreian also dropped a bag of goods with 16g and 5 Crystalized Fire. Good luck! Found her around 63,35

I killed Syreian today, but unfortunately he decided to run up a steep cliff and die there, without me able to reach and loot his bloody, beaten corpse. I made a GM ticket about this, and later returned to find an in-game mail from a GM with Syreian's Legging attached, but they did not have any enchantment at all. 418 armor and nothing else!

Apparently pretty much all enchants from Northrend rare drops have been upgraded.
I got the "of the Marksman" version with 85 stamina, 56 agility and 56 hit rating.
Nice for my leveling rogue :) it's hard enough to get some decent hit rating before you ding 80.

Just got 'Syreian's Leggings of the Marksman' doing Explorer Achievement - I was just wandering the zone and there she was - I got Northern Exposure Achievement for her kill too :)
