Also worth noting is that you can have more then 1 scale in you inventory or bank at a time, so you can save a few to speed up the revered -> exalted grind.

Got to keep in mind that it doesn't stack, and from past experience one drops per scholo run on average. Anything more than a few will take up a fair bit of space

i ran a scholo run. before 2.0.1 (not sure if its still this way but anyways) me and another got 6 of these EACH. it was amazing

Since patch 2.3, the reputation gain from completing this quest has increased to 150 reputation with the Argent Dawn.

If you are at max level and 999/1000 exalted reputation with the Argent Dawn, you get zero reward from this quest.

Be advised you can pick up as many of those dragon scales that start the quest ( https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=13920 ) as you want and you accept the quest turn it in and accept it again and turn it in again each time giving you rep for the turn ins. It is repeatable, but only when you have the healthy dragon scales to turn in.

Did this a couple times and Wowhead profiler doesn't count it as a completed quest for my profile since its repeatable.

This quest is repeatable.

And yes, the amount you get from it is exactly the same as turning in an Argent Dawn Token, or a load of Scourgestones.

This gave me twice the ammount of reputation than the token of valor did. scale was .004 and token was .002 when using cosmos

These give 50 Points of Reputation per turn-in according to the UI mod "Reputation".

does this include the rep you get for turning in? because actually, for turning in stones you get 25 and then for the token you get 25. so it's actually like 50 every stack of stones.

You don't get a token for repeats of this quest so for repeats it is "only" 25 points

After finishing the "Plagued Hatchlings" Quest the white scales will drop randomly from the Hatchlings.
2-3 Scales per run in average.

It's unique, so turn yours in before you do Scholo again if you have one, because it wont let you pick up two!

When I click on this it sais: "You don't meet the requirements for that quest".
It sais "Requires Level 55" and I'm level 60, am I too high level?

You have to finish Plauged Hatchlings, first, or you can't see the healthy scales.

.. as with everything else (ie Scourgestones), keep these until you no longer get Argent Dawn reputation from trashmobs - it will make it a whole lot easier to gain high reputation.
