To see Corruptor's Scourgestones drop you need to have Argent Dawn Commission or Seal of the Dawn or Rune of the Dawn equipped.

You can turn in 1 Corruptor's Scourgestone at Argent Officer Garush at The Bulwark, at the border of Tirisfal Glades and Western Plaguelands (horde only) or Argent Officer Pureheart at Chillwind Camp in Western Plaguelands (alliance only) or Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff at Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands for 50 reputation with Argent Dawn and an Argent Dawn Valor Token which after use, gives 100 reputation.

A Corruptor's Scourgestone is the insignia of the Scourge's overlords. A powerful being that holds a position of authority over the Scourge will always possess one. To slay such a malevolent creature would surely advance the cause of the Argent Dawn, and all good causes!

On behalf of the Argent Dawn, I will give you a valor token in exchange for just a single one of these insignia. Use caution in acquiring one, <name> - such powerful beings are not to be trifled with.
