Just go to Kharanos in Dun Morogh and you´ll find the NPC near the taven.
The coords are: 47 ; 53

Counts towards Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms, which I only add here because I really didn't expect it to. Usually these quests that point you to level-relevant quests in low-level areas don't.

Idk why would anyone do this quest. I just searched it on wowhead to see if it leads to a special quest chain or something.

Seems like this quest can't be obtained anymore if you already did Hurley Blackbreath directly.

She does not give me the quest. Perhaps i'm missing some prerequisites. She is located near the entrance to Nethergarde Keep (63,20)

i couldnt get the quest until i finished some of the quests fromt he mages at the bottom of the hill. i did like 3 of them and when i came back to sell from all the loot i got doing the quests i saw it was available, so maybe you have to do one or more of those?

I got this quest last week. As far as my experience goes, it works exactly as thottbot says it does.

I went out to find this quest at lvl 60. I may have done it already, but I was unable to een fidn the person who gives the quest.

He is in front of the building at 46,52 Kharanos. He is not inside :).

It is in Kharanos at 46, 52. Fly to Ironforge and go out and run or ride mount there. Really easy.

This quest starts in The Blasted Lands, just inside the entrance to Nethergarde Keep. The Dwarf there will give you a quest to go to Kharanos and talk to ragnar thunderbrew.....THEN you can get this quest.

evidently you do something before this, even if it doesnt say what. probably one of those quests you can to unless you do something wich doesnt even lead to this one. because im lvl 57, surely over the required lvl and i cant even talk to the NPC that starts the quest

46,52 in Kharanos.Which if your like me and had forgotten is in Dun Morogh.12,250 exp for the turn when the quest was green. GL.

So starting level is NOT 55- and I am pretty sure there is no prereq- just talk to the thunderbrew person in netyhergarde keep area
