If luck isn't on your side, and you've been searching for one last page in a chapter, it might be worthwhile to check the Goblin Auction House in Booty Bay.

There is uaully a large selection available without too much of a cost. Saves you a trip back to a capital city or from having to ask other players in the zone.

i think one of the best places are at 28, 7. there are lots of gnomes (venture. co) that you easily slaughter, and their respawn rate is high. there are only about 12 of them but as i killed the last one two had already respawned. and they drop the papers, ofc.
btw, they're lvl 35-36
also, you get some rep with all the gnome "cities", not much though, 2-5 with each

I bought all the pages in AH but i cant bring back the quest. anyone else have the same problems?

Actually you need to just kill the trolls around the ruins i found they drop the chapter pages alot more easier. best to do this quest with all the chapters in your quest log to save time :)

this quest has good xp. my recommendations is to go buy in the AH should cost bout 15-20g

unless you get a guy like i did that sells one page for 4g (sigh) horribly mistaken if he thinks i would buy that much

u can kill kurzen medidine man and kurzen something else ull find them east of were th road tarts with tigers and that. its rare drop but if lucky you will get alot of pages .. well i did

If you still need a few pages and they aren't in the AH, try offering over the odds for them on STV general chat. I offered 40s each for my last four pages, and within ten seconds I had replies from people who had each of them. Bear in mind that this was at around 1PM on a weekday, so hardly anyone was on, and I still managed it.

Sometimes ppl are asking in general chat for pages. See if you have the page double and then trade it for a page you don't have yet.
If you have multiple chars, save the pages on your bank for your other chars. Saves you the search again and saves you the money on AH. That's how i did it with my alt. My main had most of the pages already twice or three times!

If you are in a large guild, ask them if any of them have the pages you need, or check the guild bank, eather way, its faster and cheaper.

just kill bloodscalps around the ruins....they had the highest drop for me.....of the 15 pages i had to get, 12 dropped from the scalps and 3 dropped from everywhere else=)

I found most dropped from the bloodscalp trolls and the Venture Co. surprisingly. But don't even TRY the panthers,tigers,gorillas because I don't even think they drop it. I think the humanoids drop it most.
Something else to add is that if you click on one of the page #'s above it tell you what monsters drop it.In that case it would be blooscalps and skullsplitter trolls,naga explorers, Venture Co. and Bloodsail swashbucklers. :)
Sry i double posted by accident !Oh and just so you know,these quests take an ENORMOUS amount of inventory space.What i would suggest is to buy all the pages if you can from 2 chapters and go turn it in. Then if you have any doubles that you might have already picked up try to trade them.

i was fine did chapter 3 then i had 2 1 and 4 i was left with pg 6 pg 16 pg 26 could't find of any monster drop so what i did is go to ah put spare pages on and buy the pages i needed simple as but i reccomend just buying all that u can from ah

u can get all the chapter from all humanoid in Stranglethorn Vale. i get them all from the trollcities over all stranglethorn.

this quest is easy!just go to the AH and buy all of them then go back and turn them in and you get 4400exp from those four quests then if you do the one quest you get 6550exp from it! you get a total of 10950exp

Do them all at once, get them from the trolls. If your are a warrior get the cyclonian quest also (u need 30 troll tusks). Kill two birds with one sword.

I found the final page (page4) of chapter 1 at 43,33. Im not sure if everyone can pick it up here since it seems to come at random

I was able to obtain all pages from all chapters by grinding Venture Company Geologists for about 3-4 hours....Good Luck!

My only advice on these quests is, try to kill trolls west of the river camp from were u picked up the quests, those seem to drop pages. I got allot of double pages, but will keep them in my bank until other guild members need them or i need the space :P.

Just take the quests and continue with the other quests picked up. There are no coordinates as to where u could pick up these pages.

Also left of the main road up north were u have to kill some wariors and wizards i received some pages.

Chapter I was quite riveting! Master Nesingwary sets the backdrop for the story and makes mention of his hunting companions, including me!

But that's besides the point. Let me see which pages are still missing. It seems pages 1, 4, 6 and 8 are still out there somewhere in the jungle!
