The final quest of Quel'Delar for classes that can't wield a sword. If I remember right, that would be druids, priests, and shamans.

U_U more of a consolation prize for the ones that can't wield swords, the stats on these maces are identical to the ones of the diferent versions of the swords, but the models are nowhere near as cool.

ohh well, it's better to have at least the consolation prize rather than no prize at all, at least blizz showed they care too for the non-sword users.

sucks that the maces aren't called quel'dellar something, i know it's not a sword but would be cool for us fanboys. The mace name just sounds like its a normal item and not an uber rare cool item i had to venture all the way to SWP for!

shame, I was rather hopeing that the sword would reforge it self into a mace so that it would still be call quel'delar, just in mace form.

I don't see why it couldn't have been made into a dagger for us. Every class that can't use swords can use daggers, and they could have even reused the same model for it!

After all, it wouldn't be the first sword-sized dagger in the game.

I feel a little bad for the Mace classes, since Quel'Delar is what the quest is really about, and you can't use it. Perhaps they'll have a quest where the Mace classes can have their own sexy weapon, but the other classes can't.

Disappointing reward choice for druids. 2 feral items and a healing mace. Since almost all the top druids I see in the armory use 2h staffs for healing or boomkin, this is not very useful since you have to find a offhand now.
