While the objectives of this quest are the same, the story is fairly different now.
Varimathras wanted you to get the books for Sylvie, but Bragor wants to keep the books out of the hands of the Forsaken. It seems like this guy doesn't trust anybody.

The quest giver (same NPC for turn in) is in Undercity at 56.15 92.11. It was a little hard to navigate. Go toward the Apothecarium; go in the middle entrance; follow the tunnels around to the circle at the end.

The Power to Destroy is no longer started by Varimathras, but instead by Bragor Bloodfist who resides where Varimathras once did. As such, The Power to Destroy still starts off in The Undercity's Royal Quarter (coordinates 56,92). The books, Spells of Shadow and Incarnations from the Nether, drop from the Searing Blade Warlocks and Searing Blade Cultists found in Ragefire Chasm. The Power to Destroy is one of five quests you should have in your Quest Log prior to entering Ragefire Chasm in Orgrimmar. The other four are Testing an Enemy's Strength, Hidden Enemies, Searching for the Lost Satchel, and Slaying the Beast. Be sure to do the prerequisite quests for Hidden Enemies, which has several preliminary quests with the same name building up to the one that takes you into Ragefire Chasm.

Listen up, <class>.

You may not know this, but Orgrimmar's got a problem. Deep in Ragefire Chasm, a sect of the Shadow Council called the Searing Blade performs their sinister work. They're mainly orcs, and I can't trust sensitive information in the hands of the grunts there. That's where you come in.

They should have two books in their possession. I want them kept out of the hands of the Searing Blade and the Forsaken alike. Bring them to me directly.
