To make it by yourself you need to have cooking skill 100. Buy Bountiful Cookbook to get the recipe. You can very easily level up to skill 100 by using one of the recipes in the Bountiful Cookbook. Ripe Elwynn Pumpkin can be bought outside Stormwind. There is also quests similar to this one outside Ironforge and Stormwind, which requires the food you can buy in Darnassus, like Ripe Elwynn Pumpkin is needed in Darnassus so you better take some with you unless you want to waste a lot of time travelling back to Darnassus when you want to do the other quests.

Isaac's been hard at work helping celebrants learn about the traditional Pilgrim's Bounty feast and how to make dishes out of all the ingredients we harvest at this time of year. I've been trying to keep the tables stocked with as many of the dishes as I can, but we're running out of one of Isaac's favorites, pumpkin pie.

Would you be able to get some for us? If you want to make the pies yourself, you'll need to buy ripe Elwynn pumpkins from the Pilgrim's Bounty vendor outside Stormwind.
