These weapons are on racks scattered throughout the instance,

There are just enough weapons that if everybody in your group picks this quest up everyone can complete it.
There are 5 people in your group, 5 weapons to loot, thus, 25 weapons in the instance to loot off weapon racks.

The quest giver spawned immediately before our first pull of the instance, which is right in front of you when you walk in. (Mind you this is the information of an earlier beta build, so the quest giver could be in a different place now)

Was able to solo this as a 71 rogue with little to no trouble, some patience and sap, and some instance resetting. Didn't have to leave the first area.

Posted this on the Alliance version as well:

Soloed this as a 71 Ret Pally.

You should be able to kill the first two mobs by using repent on one of them and taking the other with Seal + Judgement of Light and Art of War procs. After that you will want to kill the Weaponsmith who roams between the two sides, he is the only one you have to kill for this to work.

The Metalworkers are impossible to solo, or at least I couldnt do it. They enrage at low health and were hitting me for 2400, it probably isnt worth it to try and kill them but you might have better luck. In that case, I repent one of them while standing as close to the side as I can. When the other Metalworker comes out I HoJ him and run through him. There is another patrolling guy who will aggro but you should be able to take a weapon off the rack, bubble and run out of the instance. Repeat this for the other side and then reset.

In total, I got 12k xp from killing the elites each run (3x to get all weapons for 36k) and then 40k from the quest.
