These are quest strings that open up and lead to quests inside the instance:

strings start at 73

Good Troll Hunting opens up after completing My Enemy's Friend
In order to open that quest up you have to complete "The Thane of Voldrune" - https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12259
(which is the end of the Voldrune three part line)

start with Good Troll Hunting (from Sergeant Thurkin, Conquest Hold, Grizzly Hills)
which leads to Filling the Cages (from Samir in Granite Springs, Grizzly Hills)
which opens Truce?
that leads to Vial of Visions
that leads to Subject to Interpretation
leads to Sacrifices Must be Made
which leads to Heart of the Ancients
which leads to My Heart is in Your Hands
which leads to Voices From the Dust
leads (finally) to Cleansing Drak'Tharon (which is a quest for inside Drak'Tharon Keep)

after doing up to Subject to Interpretation and Scourgekabob

If you ask me: YES, you need to do Drak'Tharon Keep for the second time to get this quest rewards.

Make sure you do open the web and accept this quest before killing the boss. My group killed the boss before getting the web, now we have to run the instance again.

some addons lead u to wrong NPC... MACK... into the Ghostlands...

the MACK needed for this quest is in Northrend - Grizzly Hills... as stated above alrdy.

What the above people are trying to point out is that the boss's corpse (Novos) will disappear VERY quickly so pay attention and use the Kurzel's Blouse Strap on his corpse right away.

The quest giver is found within one of the Webbed Victims. Just keep attacking the webbed victims and one of them will contain Kurzel.

For me, as a DK leveling, and preparing to tank at 80, I found this quest rather pointless, but did it just the same because after finishing the pre-quest, for the nice tanking ring, this is quite easy to complete, all you need to do is just kill Novos the summoner. Then use the quest item on his remains.

I wouldn't recommend trying to solo this at level 80. As a geared feral druid tank spec, his casts shredded through me. Got him down about half way and died. Going to wait until it's the daily heroic to do.

I'm a bit disappointed there doesn't seem to be an event after you turn this in of Kurzel showing up and rubbing in the guilt to the rest of the camp. I mean, that was the plan after all.

Confirmed. You turn in the quest at Mack - who is in Grizzly Hills - Granite Springs - 16,48

The quest turn in NPC is not in Icecrown as the quest info states. He is at the camp where the chain originaly started in Grizzly Hills @16, 48. The NPC is at the bonfire burning the bodies.
