Drop rate on this quest is low & respawn is not that good. I found them only under the bridge at 56,52 near Zedds hanging body.
If someone else knows where more are at, please post it here for the next person.

I had a pretty decent drop rate on killing Marsh Caribou. The drop rate was OK, and apparently chilled meat drops from any animal you kill so coords aren't important. Good luck.

I had good droprate for the from the Dragonflayer Hunting Hounds at in Nifflevar
Hyena-like creeps in groups of 2-3 but with less than 4k life easy kill

This quest needs to be done in order to complete the Convention at the Legerdemain cooking daily in Dalaran.

After wandering around and killing all kinds of stuff with no luck, I just went down to Daggercap Bay, just down the hill from the keep where you get the quest, and got an 80% drop rate from the 69 Daggercap Hammerhead mobs. In fact, my first 4 kills got me what I wanted. I'd recommend trying there first since it's so close to the questgiver.

The Lion Seals are the easiest farm spot for Chilled Meat; drop rate is about 40% but even a holy priest can AoE farm them rapidly.

Anyone know if this quest have pre-requite besides lvl 65. Im lvl 80 with 413 cooking skill and im not able to get a quest from this guy.

Got alot of Rhino's in the storm peaks (around the big circle).

This quest requires 350 cooking to accept.

EDIT: You also need to be at least level 65 to accept this quest.

Rollick Mackreel can be found in the Valiance Keep where the profession trainers hang out (57.71)
