To use Ricket's D16 Propelled Delivery Device, all you need to do is talk to Ricket and tell her you're ready to go.

The destination of the trip is the Grom'arsh Crash-Site (36,49), north-northeast of the Temple of Storms.

EDIT: At least that's the destination for Horde.

You won't get this quest until you have learnt Cold Weather Flying.

I just wanted to mention that you have to have done A Flawless Plan given by Gino in order to be given this quest.

I had missed Gino entirely and was very confused by the fact that Ricket didn't offer this quest to me. Once I completed Gino's quest this quest and Overstock both became available.

You don't need to ride one of these rockets. I was busy taking care of other quests to bother riding the rocket. When I finally got to Temple of Storms and talked to Thorim, I was right nearby this place so I went over to turn it in.

So yeah, you can just fly over and talk to the guy instead.

The D16 reminds me of the rockets that Wile E. Coyote uses to try take out the Road Runner.

So... so I don't think we're going to be getting a good foothold in those mountains.

Trust me, I'm not one to give up easily... but between freezing engines, nasty vrykul women, territorial dragon want-to-bes and the half a dozen other nasties settled in the area, this just ain't happening.

Don't let that dissuade you though! Just because we can't get a foothold doesn't mean we won't get you there... one-way trips are pretty simple when you get down to it.
