Look for friendly mobs with a dialog bubble available; talk to them. Click "Let's do this, sister" and beat the crap out of them. They are not lootable and do not give kill xp, sadly.

There is a brief time since you challenge them until the mob becomes aggresive where you can go stealth to start with some unfair advantage :)

you can use your all your mounts while in the costume. it's heck of funny when you do. all your mounts get hit with a shrink ray or so it seems

I, a a level 77 troll warrior (Protection), aggroed four at a time, I did not use any heals, or need to use my potions/Last Stand. This should be no problem to do alone. The Victorious Challengers are standing by fighting villagers in the area, really easy quest! :)

this may seem obvious, but you need to speak with the victorious challengers first. She says, "Let's do this sister" as soullessarmy mentioned.

They are the ones standing still and confident next to groups of other "sisters" who are still fighting :)

Drop a Freezing Trap underneath the "friendly" Victorious Challenger, before you challenge them. As soon as you do the challenge, they're frozen, and you can step back, then loose your pet on them....

While you are going around taking on the 6 victorious challengers, go to Loc: 49,71 and pick up the quests Yulda's Folloy and Aberrations (the quests will send you to Valkyrion).

There are a couple victorious challengers just down from quest giver (48,70) and a bunch at around 50,68. They are green. You talk to them "Let's do the sister." and the fight begins.
