Notes:
It's not the cave in Brunnhildar Village, it's the one in The Frigid Tomb at 41,61 (the enctrance).
Quest mob is at 44,65, you take the ramp inside the camp downwards. As of 2008-11-22 this quest works fine.

Enter the cave south of Engine of the Makers (the circle Creteus walks around). You should be able to see the entrance on the map. There's also Icebound Revenants there.

Go into the cave at 41,61 and go to the very back, there will be an 80 guarding the tomb. When you finish this quest, a war will start between the Frostborn and the Stormforged Dwraves and you will receive a Frostborn Axemaster who will accompany you.

As has been said, it's all the way in the back of the cave directly south of the questgiver. When the path splits in the cave take the one going downward

During your absence, I was privileged enough to parley with the dwarf Brann Bronzebeard. This dwarf indicated his purpose for seeking the keystone, and I am satisfied that it is for satisfactory intent... I believe this dwarf may be the entity for which the keystone was created.

Norgannon's Core is located in the Frigid Tomb to the southeast. Its guardians are ancient beings of ice, and they will not welcome your presence. Best these guardians and retrieve the keystone with my blessing, <race>.
