There were about 3 dead wasp bodies on the sand so maybe look for his victims if you dont see him right away.

if he does in fact patrol it is a very small patrol route.. best bet is sit on the southside of the river and run up and down where the sand is.. took me 15min, but he eventually showed up!

Found at 50, 87 he looks like a pile of ruble, follow the dead insects until you see the pile, there was already a corpse where he spawned for me so i think he might spawn there quite a bit.

He has an incredibly fast spawn rate. Killed him and saw him around 50 seconds later alive.

51,86 here :) I just flew around the river edge, looking for the tumbling rocks. For some odd reason, when I saw the rocks, I also saw Serfex's head popping out of the ground. When I landed, it pulled back in then came out & started Combat with me.

And yeah, the worm ain't wandering just at one shore of the river, it might chance, so if you got problems to find it at some specific part, try another one.

I found him at 49.8, 85.0 He reminded me of the worm looking things in Hellfire Peninsula that come out of the ground and bother you when you are killing a mob. The ground starts to rustle like it does in Hellfire.

I can;t find the monster anywhere and instead of Dajik, I keep getting Zepiks horn, anyone know how to fix this?

I posted a note to GM two days ago (Friday, 24.12.) the problem. I tried going today there and I found it. WoW's quest helper is showing a wider area now (all sandy area on the river), and I found it where you guys said it mostly was (below the "the" of name: The Skyreach pillar). I guess they fixed it, as I spent good one hour going back and forth in that area looking for the little bugger :D

I had no co-ords, but where I found him was at the river thats directly underneath the cave on the map, which itself is located to the right of The Skyreach Pillar, and I found him by a pair of corpses. I guess each pair signals a spawn spot, and there are a fair few.

Yeah i found him at 49,84 confirming that he can be anywhere down the banks along the riverside.

This is indeed a well-traveled worm. I found him at 58, 83 approximately 10 minutes after seeing him at 48, 84 during a prior quest. You really need to travel up and down the river a good distance if he's not immediately found where you first look.

No cord. Just look for a group of dead wasps on the ground. If You see a ground chuncks "shaking" get near. Serfex will head to the surface. 11770 hp, non elite monster. Easy to kill.

Found him at 50,85. Wasps are sometimes misleading as they're found all over the area shown on the map. Was level 78 non-elite for me.

This mob has multiple spawn spots, but are easily recognizable. First all the spots are marked with at least two Sapphire Hive Wasp Corpses. Secondly you will see rumbling tumbling rocks, run over that and he spawns. All of the spawn spots are along the river in sandy areas and are near to one another. So just run up and down the river and look for the rocks.

Both Places marked are true, I killed him in one of the places right after seeing him be killed 2 mins prior in a different spot, so just check both spots to be safe.

Well just did this quest again with my hunter and the new locations on the map are wrong. So don't always go by the numbered location on the mini map, although that location is correct, it isn't always the correct one. So you still have to fly (or run) up and down the river to locate the rumbling rocks.

I know you no want to stay slave, so I tell you what to do. Show you better than the other Frenzyheart hunters and then Rakjak respect you.

Under sands of south river there a beast that kills wasp, apes, and even wolvar. He called Serfex. You bring claw of Serfex to Rakjak and maybe he release you from slaveness.

Hope Dajik teaching you good so Serfex be easy stuff.
