Sweetroot is at Zeb'halak (17, 36)
Shimmering Snowcap is at Drak'zin Ruins (13, 61) along the river side.
Ice Serpents are at Drak'zin ruins.

This was a little annoying. The Shimmering Snowcaps aren't at Drak'zin Ruins. They are a little to the northwest up the hill. (11,55)

Before you can pick up quest, you must do "Scourgekabob", which also begins at Prigmon. Doing this will also open up "Seared Scourge" from the nearby NPC, Mack Fearsen.

I don't think this is an annoying quest at all. Rather easy tbh.

Here's what you do:
-You walk up the stairs of the ziggurat as mentioned above, and run straight through and jump off the back.
-Clear some mobs around the area, and just look around. Travel alittle to the east and alittle to the west, and you should find 5.
This worked for me atleast!

For the sweetroot, they're are spread out around Zeb'Halak. They're not just in the back of the ziggurat.

Went to 11.56 and found them all at once.

In case u have revealed the whole map of the Grizzly hills do not be mistaken like me and confuse the Drakil'zin ruins ( noteable in the map ) with the actual Drak'zin ruins that is quite to the south of where the quest giver is.

The snowcaps and sweetroot are plants but they do *not* show up on the minimap with herbalism.

Found the Shimmering Snowcaps at 10,61, right beside the river and leading to the bridge to Dragonblight.

As of patch 3.1 the Ice Serpent Eye has a terrible drop rate. Seems about 5-10%. There is a huge bunch of serpents at 10,62 along the water but you may have to spawn camp a while to get the drops. Took me about 15-20 mins of clearning to get my drops.

I've found a good amount of sweetroot spawns around 14,38

Track herbs shows you Shimmering Snowcap on the map, but for some reason not Sweetroots.

Shimmering Snowcaps - little mushrooms which grows at trees near Drak'Zin.
Ice Serpent Eyes - drops from Ice Serpents - Drak'Zin
Sweetroot - green plants in western part of Zeb'Halak

Shimmering Snowcaps = 11.54 Area Approximately Up and Down the Snow (blueish glow by the trees)
Sweetroot = western area of Zeb'Halak 16.35
Ruins of Drak'Zin - Ice Serpent Eyes = 13.60

As previously stated the drop rate on eyes seems terrible... Killing 10 mobs to get 0 of the 5 required drops make this quest a great candidate for skipping. The fact this quest also leads to nothing at all makes dropping it a no-brainer imo :)
