Unlike most quests marked as 3-man, this one is not to be taken lightly. Abbendis has 90k HP and hits for something like 1k on plate. Bring a tank or a healer, or preferably both.

She is located in the furthest back cathedral. She has a lvl 80 right next to her but he doesn't attack, Nifty event though.

She is much harder than other 3 man elites in 8788 build. Not soloable it seems, not even by a Death Knight

Yes you can kite her around the building easily, any ranged class should be able to solo her, one thing to note however is that you really shouldn't underestimate her dmg, if you allow her to get in range for 5s because you want to "finish her off" then she can very well kill you as a clothie.. hits for about 2k on cloth and 2k seal procc's... Sadly I had a 5s screen freeze my 1st attempt at 15%... that's how I know :(

If you plan on solo'ing her make sure that you pull her somewhere secluded so that respawns don't screw you up. I was able to solo her as a level 75 Warlock in Felguard/sl/sl spec, but it took me about 4 minutes to do it. I soloed her in the circular pathway between the stairways and the hall and was able to avoid the respawns that came up.

Did this with two feral druid both with Nurturing Instincts specced, i got low hp, he taunted and i could heal myself, around and around we did the same till she was dead, popped berserking too to max DPS of course. All in all a fun experience :) she hits hard even on bear, 700-800 about there.

Soloed as a 75 Blood DK, tank gear but DPS weapon.

Burned Icebound Fortitude early, and got Vampiric Blood up as soon as blood worms proc'ed to up their healing. Towards the end of the duration I Rune Tapped and popped a healing potion to get my health back up. Icebound Fortitude again near the end of the fight, and Dancing Rune Weapon to burn her last little bit of health.

Make sure to keep out of her consecrate.

Soloed as 74 Unholy DK, using tanking gear in Frost Presence. Use cooldowns early so they are up again at the end as Soluu said. The most important part is keeping out of consecrate as it will burn you down fast.

soloed as a 74 DK, blood spec.

used 1 scroll of protection (armor boost)
used the 30 sta 15 crit rating food
used frost presence
used the good tanking pieces i have (not many)

at the time i had 14087 hit points
17519 armor
9 % dodge
11 % parry

kept the 2 diseases up all the time, always made sure i had a blood rune up when rune tap was ready to fire.
used death strike when it was up (have the longer diseases talents in unholy tree so i dont have to reapply them as often, leaving more runes to death strike)
used the dancing rune sword
ghoul about mid way into the fight (was gonna sac it for 20 % hit points but didn't need to at the time and then it died due to consecrate)
was used mark of blood when she was down to about 20 % health, she got a nice burst dmg on me so i wanted to play safe. (also chugged a super health potion)

clicked trinkets and orc racial at the 50 % mark for a bit of boost on dps.

ended fight in 80 % health.

blood DKs need a nerf to be honest :)

Excellent quest chain and a fittingly hard fight for an Old NPC :)

Brigette first appeared in Vanilla WoW inside Tyr's Hand as a static next to useless NPC.
Nice to see she has made her transition to High General to replace her Father (of the same name)

Made very easily, lvl 74 demonology warlock (didn't even use metamorphosis).
Just send your Felguard and DoTs and then just health funnel ur pet and throw new DoTs when olds run out

Yah just soloed this on my 75 Hunter. It is really very easy if you know how to kite, and if you are playing WotLK you better know how by now.

Just clear the mobs on the outside of the church, clear the mobs to get to her, pull her and start running in AotC.

You can easily outrun her, then simply sting her, and plink away as you run around the church. Took me about 2 and a half laps to get her down. My main concern was mana and I had to pop one mana pot, but really this fight is a no brainer.

Too bad the rewards suck. :( have yet to find a quest upgrade outside of a Instance.

I just kited her to Venomspite and the guards just stood there without attacking her even when she consecrated the ground beneath them.

Hit my shaman for 2k... id like to see how that lvl71 shaman did this "solo", im 77. She pops the earth elemental in about 2 hits so thats useless. The only thing that will keep you alive are the wolves, but they'll stop working after 45 sec and its serious pain from there after.

After third try she went down. Fight took 59 seconds. Mana spring, strength of earth, windfury totems up. Activate wolves, send them on her and activate the fire elemental totem. Poped bloodlust, blood fury and trinket and dps'ed. Had an average of 1700 dps during the fight. Were only using quest rewards during this fight with no "old" school drops. The consecration field was nothing to worry about, at least not with the wolves. Saved shamanastic rage until 30 seconds into the fight then popped it. Ended fight with 100% hp and 90% mana.

Solo'd as an 76 unholy DK. It wasn't easy, but I got her down on the 1st try.

* Made sure my bone shield was up.
* Used Icebound Fortitude when that was up
* Made sure all my diseases (unholy blight also) were up and just death strike/rune strike/scourge strike
* Had to sacrifice my pet for the health at one point... then resummoned him right away.

It got close a couple of times. Took a health potion. But it was doable.

Kiteable as a hunter at level 73. :)
After around 40 attempts on different ways.
So if your a hunter, or any ranged class with some kind of instant cast (a priest should be able to do it aswell).

She have either 100% or 98% runspeed, she never got to me if I kept running straight.
Cant be slowed what-so-ever.
You want to kite her to the road near venomspite.

I started of by clearing the way out of mobs/bears whatever.
If you get adds on you its gameover.

Didnt use my pet at all, its more in the way.
Shoot her, run out, never stand still (because of her bomb she throw).
Take the first right when you get out, you will run past a balista or what they are named.
Once near the "ramp/way" towards the harbour, keep running along the edge of the cliffs towards Venomspite, just keep on attacks on her so she dont reset.
When you Reach the Venomspite road sliptup, your safe from adds totally, from here its a cakewalk.
If your dps is to low, keep on kiting her towards Grizzly hill bridge and future, should be clear of mobs.

Serpentsting, Arcane-shot, Aspect of viper/Cheetah and 1 Healing pot is all you need. :)
Use some auto-shots if you have a long range btw her and you.
(With other words, stand still for a mini-second will shoot once)

Solo'd as a 76 Blood DK.

It was pretty tricky, but first i put my diseases on her and used Death Strike at every oppertunity.
When she concecrates get her and yourself out of it asap!

I used Vampiric Blood and Rune tap every chance aswell. When she was at about half health I used Mark of Blood and that was the end of that.

Managed to solo her has a 79 hunter in medioce gear, wasn't easy, my 75 tank pet couldn't take more then a few hits so i had to kite her with aspect of the cheetah, worked like a charm.

She is immune to movement impairing effects though so no use laying down frost trap or using concussion shot, just keep aspect on and make sure you have a cleared route to kite her through, adds will daze you and you're done for :P

When patch 3.0.2 came out, she was kitable. As a DK, i used chains of ice and kited her all the way back to Venomspite. She only hit me with her consecration for about 800 damage every 20 secs, but i used death strike and rune tap to heal, while dpsing her with death coil every now and again.

Since then, she has become immune to all stuns, slows, fears and disorientating effects, and is best fought with a healer on your team.

Solo'd as a 75 frost/unholy deathknight. I had to attempt it a few times and eventually found out a strategy that works well. First of all you have to make sure all mobs are dead in and around the castle. What I did was let my ghoul pull her, cast icy touch - howling blast so i got agro, stick on unholy presence and run around the entire castle. Just kept spamming icy touch - howling blast - deathcoil until I finally downed her, if any adds come up in your chase make sure you add them to the kite and kill them first.

Just soloed as a 75 warlock 24/42/0 spec for voidwalker tanking

This spec is incredible I can take on over 5 mobs at once and solo elites my level plus 1 or 2 more lvls,

Just used demonic empowerment, used curse of elements and my other instant dots, shadow and flame when i could, and just constant health funnel. She hit him hard, so Id always wait till demonic empowerment was up, if he was low health before I would use my dots again, immolate whenever the voidwalker was high health, and just wait it out

She got me wit ha fire attack a few times but nothing to fuss over, popped a healthstone once just to be safe.

Buff up with whatever u can soul link master demonologist demonic knowledge and fel armour should do though.

Just solo'ed as a 74 Balance druid with the use of one innervate. Clear the room inside and the mobs around the cathedral. Pull her with your biggest nuke, moonfire, insect swarm and make a bee-line out. Travel form as soon as you're outdoors. Simply outrun her around the cathedral, refreshing your two dots as they fall off. Back to travel form as soon as you get the dots re-applied. Only got hit with concencration a few times which barely did any damage. Also used treants which were raped after a few seconds by concencration (about 600 a tick).

At around 5-10%, her movement slows down in which case, the mobs around the building respawned. Nature grasp one and dot the other. By then her movement will be so slow that you can take down the respawns and finish her off.

I'd imagine shamans can do this with ghostwolf and shocks. But it does take awhile.

As of 2/16/09 this quest seems to be bugged if you want to kite her. I am a lvl 76 Warlock -- SL/FG build, and used the Voidwalker as a tank. Voidwalker died with her at 2k HP left, so I decided to refresh dots and kite her around the building for a few more seconds until she died. But she will not follow me around the building. When I leave the main room she resets. Every freaking time!

Just solo'd with my lvl 75 blood-tank spec DK. (20k health, 22k armor, 20% dodge, 15% parry, 530 def)

Cleared the room, raised a ghoul, horn of winter, Vamp Blood, pulled, Icebound Fort(free w/glyph), applied diseases, rune strikes, death strikes and death coils, refreshed icebound fort every time it was up, put on Mark of Blood after Vamp blood wore off (30sec with glyph), dancing rune wep and just continued that rotation. Had to Rune tap twice but didn't need a healing Pot.

By the end I was down near 35% but Will of the Necropolis and my Soul Harvester's Charm were basically a free shield wall at that point.

I just soloed this on my level 74 Orc Deathknight. Spec - "Death Knight Kiting at It's Finest!"

HowTo:

First of all. Unholy Presence or your pretty much dead!

1. First Clear the mobs inside the cathedral. Afterwards clear the mobs outside(I followed the road from the cathedral to the gate, and i cleared those mobs near the road, close to the cathedral)

2. When you've cleared as much as you think is enough, run in and pull her. The trash inside cathedral should't have spawned yet.

3. Now you run with your back to her, following the road. Occasionally, jumping while flipping around shooting Icy Touch or Death Coil(if you have the Runic Power). Make sure you got 1 Frost Rune ready at most, if you should encounter some additional mobs.)

4. Keep doing like this till your outside New Heartglen. From here, i kited her up to the west entrance to venomspite, Through Venomspite, and out on the east side. On the east side i followed the road down the small hill, and followed the road going right when i came there (I suppose you can also jump, but i would't try it)

5. Now i just followed that road right below Venomspite untill i appeared at the west entrance again, and did the Venomspite run all over

-Now you should't encounter any monster, so just use all your frost runes on Icy Touch, Deathcoil spam, Bloodboil if you want, and summon your Ghoul & Dancing Rune Weapon. Pretty much everything.
If you're lucky, there might be some hordes who will help you(A shaman helped me on the last 9500 hp. No big deal :)

Note: The Righteous Consecration will always hit you with the first tick(450 damage), since she shoots its. Having Rune Tap, or anything else to heal you will help alot.

Solo'd using a Metamorphosis/Affliction build, 75 Warlock. Used a Felguard; Voidwalker is a liability because the Reduce Armor debuff renders it useless, and this is more DPS race than endurance battle. Do the usual "apply dots/siphon life/health funnel" rotation that one normally uses to solo elites, and try not to stand in Consecration. Time your Health Funnel to end when Consecration does, so that you're not trying to heal your pet while standing in the stuff.

Very simple solo as a 74 Enhance Shaman. Truthfully, I found the 2/3 mob packs more challenging than the High General because of having to save all my available cooldowns.

I simply slipped into the Cathedral, cleared the three trash pulls, set up my totem farm (Strength of Earth, Windfury, Mana Spring and Fire Elemental). I had Lightning Shield up and a food buff (+30 crit/stam) and used Windfury Weapon on my mainhand and Flametongue on my offhand.

I pulled with a lightning bolt, and waited till she was in melee range which is when I popped Bloodlust, Feral Spirit and a trinket. I basically just mashed damage abilities till maelstrom weapon hit 4-5 and then healing waved myself. I waited to use Shamanistic Rage until a couple seconds into the fight, roughly 10-15. The fight was relatively long but simple, she didn't hit that hard, so the steady Healing Waves were more than enough to keep me up. I popped a potion, but in hindsight it was unnecessary, but for others it could be very helpful.

I entered the fight at 70% hp/mana, so I'm fairly certain anyone with full mana/hp will have no problem with this pushover of a group quest.

76 hunter here, beast mastery, with a 75 cat. I've been able to solo most "group" quest mobs. Tried to solo Abbendis based on some of the comments here about how she can be easy. She ain't. Cat died twice and then I followed suit (feign death failed) before she had dropped even a fourth of her hit points. I won't try again without at least two other players to help.

I tried to kite her and failed, because I had to run out into other gforups of mobs. She came too close thrice and that did it.

She's not even easy for a lvl 80 ... at least not necessarily so.

My druid didn't have these problems. I'm a hunter and had hell.

I had a funny experience in there btw: I fell through the floor of the cathedral right before I was going to attack her. Sudenly I stood on snow ground below the cathedral, bits of floor and walls and trees and stuff from outside showing. It was dark or gloomey though, as if I was still inside.
I had to run to one of the sides and jump/run up some slopish side, where after I was out in the front hall again ... and got attacked by the guards there as I ran back in.

So ... though not very common, this does happen too, giving the quest an extra twist, lol.

Solo'd as of 3.1.2 on DK the death strike was buffed in the blood tree to increase healing recived thus allowing me to do so. It is no joke difficult had to blow every CD multiple times and was in forst pressence. Also only used death strike for damage and refreshed diseases asap. Pulled her into the left corner area and killed her there to avoid respawns.

Buffs:

Fight:
Totems are STR, WF, Mana and Fire Elem
Open with Lightning Bolt to pull her. Drop Fire Elem, pop wolves, AP trinket and finally BL. Basically your normal opener against your average group quest mob.

Do your normal priority list, but replace LB by HW. You might be able to get away with a LB on the first 5Mael you get, like I did, but it will most likely cost you a healing pot. Don't be @#$%y, and just use HW. I strongly recommend to use Shamanistic Rage relatively early. Don't wait for wolves to expire, you will be dead.

Just go all out, use HW, pop every single CD you have (don't forget that 2nd trinket) and you should be fine. I didn't really pay attention to the pally AoE.

still very hard to solo if not impossible, but as a 75 BM spec hunter with a 75 worm, i can get her down to about 53k solo.
a key factor for hunters should be spamming tranquilizing shot, which dispels her "ignore armor" ability. keep spamming that and you can get her down decently but my pet just doesn't have the health to finish the fight.

Soloed as a 74 ret. You can still kite a little bit via LoS'ing the pillars; use them to get off extra flashes without taking another hit. As stated above, don't consecrate and cleanse yourself immediately. I had to pop both bubble and LoH, as well as plea and torrent on cooldown. Took a couple tries (gg lag), but pretty simple if you get enough Art of War procs.

Im a lvl 74 demo lock and i Solo'd this quest without a problem,
What i did was send my voidwalker to her, curse of agony, corruption, immolate, Health Funnel and rinse and repeat lol.
Took maybe 3 minutes tops but she was downed with no problem.

I just soloed her as a level 77 DK blood tank with frost presence and tank gear. It wasn't a hard fight but it needs to be done with caution a simple mistake and you're done.

1. I used frost presence the entire time.
2. kept IT and PS at all times.
3. DS whenever possible.
4. Used any CD when available.
5. Used ghoul right at first.
6. Make sure you use your runic power!

Very simple! Good luck to anyone trying to solo her, just wanted to share that it is possible!

Soloed at 74 as Ret without kiting, I would say the fight was easier for me than Alystros (the big bird @ Emerald Dragonshrine) and Grom'thar the Thunderbringer (the last in the Magnataur chain) simply because those guys both hit big AND knocked back. This one merely hits relatively hard.

Blessing of Wisdom, Seal of Wisdom, and Judgement of Wisdom. Judge every single time the cooldown is up. This will keep your mana topped off. Move every time she casts Consecration, and this is the ideal time to use your Art of War procs for instant Flashes of Light. The rest of the time you hit her with Judge->Crusader Strike->Divine Storm in that order of importance. If all three are on cooldown, start a Holy Light cast, even if you're at 90%. It's better to let it go off and overheal a bit and have all 3 attacks ready while you're at 100%.

You can cleanse the judgement she puts on you to take 50% of your armor if you wish, I did a couple of times, the burst does hurt, but that extra 1.5 seconds could be most of a Holy Light regardless. I usually was too busy to notice the debuff going up.

As for tanking location, I cleared outside around the right ledge next to the building (facing the door from outside), then cleared inside and pulled her out. Wanted to fight with a nice ocean view, but the battle didn't take long enough for any respawns so I could have just as easily done it indoors.

Soloed as a lvl 75 resto druid.

It took patience but was relatively easy, prepare for a long fight tho.

Cleared the room, and then pulled her with a moonfire to the side of the room away from the mobs (to awoid respawn).

Then I just treeform tanked her by tripple stacking lifebloom and letting it bloom inbetween. Kept auto attack on to get more clearcasting procs.
Then Just moved along the side wall to stay out of consecrate.

When she was at about 50% health she was oom, so the consecrates were much less frequent.
At this point I allowed myself to shift out, moonfire and shift back to tree inbetween her autoattacks.

At somewhere around 15% she enrages for a while, There I used innervate and just fully hotted myself and swiftmend if needed.

But she also takes more damage so she goes faster down.

Got her down in 1st try, its just about patience and mana conservation.

Solod at 75 Blood DK following ZaoxBloodfeather's guide listed above - Unholy Presence for the speed increase is a MUST here!

I cleared a way in from the outside of the New Hearthglen walls (approximately 68,75) using a path from Venomsprite via the creature mobs. That way theres only 2 knights + a few melee to worry about on the way out again, should they respawn.

Got her back to Venomsprite on my third try after a lone knight appeared from somewhere and dazed me twice. Finally worked out that the knight patrols near the creatures so once I killed him on the way in I had no trouble getting back to Venomsprite with Abbendis in tow.

To keep her interested it was just a typical DK kite, just without the chains of ice. Icy Touch on every cool down, and a Death Coil whenever possible. I also dropped Death And Decay whenever I could due to its threat - Im not sure if this is better or worse than using Blood Boil, but it worked for me.

On about my second or third lap around town with Abbendis down to near 50% health, a level 80 happened to be standing there and decided to help out with some crazy DPS. Abbendis's 50% health disappeared very quickly :D While I didnt need the 80 in terms of finishing the quest, it did save a lot of kite time!

Just a hint: Summon your ghoul when your health is low and then Dark Pact it away, followed by a rune tap. Easy heals on the run, and leaves a pot free for later should you need heals again before the next cool down. Which you shouldnt, just saying.

I reckon if you did this properly, it would take probably 10mins or so, but its very easy and should be doable by any level high enough to accept the quest.

NB - I tried doing this quest without kiting and failed miserably, no matter what other methods I tried. She hits REALLY hard! Kiting made it super simple.

Solo'd lvl 73 frost dk. 15k hp, 16k armor, Dalaran calm chowder, 501 def rating. Almost all blue gear. Wiped three times before I got pattern down.

Tip:

1. Unbreakable armor is key, start it off in the fight, then use Icebound Foritude.
2. IT, PS, BS, BS, DS. Burn off runic power then DS again, wait till diseases are almost down then refresh them. That was my rotation for the whole fight never changed other than to get rid of runic power with frost strike and rune strike.
3. Death pact with pet when she is half way dead or you are at 40% life, brought me back into the fight definitely.
4. The fight lasted about 2 mins 15 seconds so I had chance to use unbreakable again at the end of the fight and she didn't have a chance after that.
5. Remember to jump outta consecration then immediately DS to get life back up. She doesn't stun or anything, so tank and spank until she cast consecration, then repeat the process.

No it wasn't easy even for this "god class". blood is usually in your face, raw power, hard hitting melee but I had to do different tactics for this fight. It was insane. I kited her like a mage around the entire church only crossing her to spam death strike and reapply diseases. every blood talent in the tree could not out heal her damage, i eventually had to sac my pet to heal after i used everything at my disposal even potions. This is how elites should be :) a real test of gear and skill. good luck fellow dps blood dks if you are reading this, remember don't try to melee her like normal elites.

Like all the avove comments confirm, she hits like a frickin truck that transports airplanes.
If ur a shammy like me tho, there is a way to overcome this.

send in wolves (feral spirit) ASAP, theyll provide minor heals, but ull have to heal urself as fast as you bloody well can, cause that little lifebar likes to dip about 2k at a time.
now on to the specifics.

You will NEED to summon fire elemental, right away, as his dps is roughly equivalent to an averagely geared mage,
he helps a whole bunch.

Dont worry, the guy to her right does NOT join in the fight, he simply calls u a weakling if you kill her.

A big help this fight was BLOODLUST, and i strongly reccomend casting it right away.

she has about 90k hp, so come prepared with cds.

Solo'd today with a lot of effort as a level 72 protection Paladin.
My gear is mediocre, I have some quest rewards (mostly blue) and the Valor BoA chestpiece as well as the Venerable Dal'Rends Sacred Charge weapon.

It was pretty tricky and I did it on my second attempt because I didn't have Lay on Hands ready when I did my first one.

I used Seal of Light, Judgement of Light and Blessing of Sanctuary. The Judgement and the Seal were important for me as I could get healed for nearly 300 hitpoints every hit. This soaked up a little the harsh damage Abbendis gave me.
I kept Divine Plea up at all times because you may find yourself getting low on mana fast when you use your damaging spells.

The key to Abbendis as a protection skilled paladin is to kite her around the room and the entrance to the abbey (the little passages to the main hall of the abbey) . You will want to make sure you do not stand in her Raging Consecration, as it gives you lots of damage you will not be able to outheal or compromise with your Seal of Light procs.

If she uses her Judgement of the Onslaught on you, be sure to have your Cleanse spell handy or you will be hit for big numbers, as well as she will be near invulnerable for physical attacks.

The fight took very long and you sure will have to use Divine Shield (Be sure to click your Divine Plea buff off before you attempt to heal yourself, very important. Had to learn it the hard way. I realised it too late and was only rescued by an unexpected Holy Light crit. )

Unfortunately I also had to useLay on Hands, because I was far too slow with killing her down her last 10% of health where she uses the possibly deadly Reckless Onslaught . After I was healed to full health again by Lay on Hands, i popped
Avenging Wrath and finished her off quickly to prevent myself from getting even more damage.

Hope this helps anyone. On a little sidenote, be aware of the trashmobs respawning if you take too long. Again, be on your guard regarding the Raging Consecration. You will probably need two attempts for this extraordinary hard 3man quest.

I just soloed this as a fresh level 80 shadow priest. What I did was to DoT her, and then proceed to run round and round that square hallway, refreshing the DoTs now and then. She hits hard, but by using shields, Vampiric Embrace and Devouring Plague I was able to stay alive without stopping to cast heals. She would sometimes stop to cast Concecration, or she would get stuck in corners, giving me time to gain some distance. Took a while, but it was fun, and it worked =)

Soloed as level 73 ret paladin. 11,961 health, 8552 armor (41.69% reduction), 1985 attack power, with 5/5 Divinity. I used Blessing of Kings, Seal of Light, +20 Stat Battle Elixir, +350 health Guardian elixir, +285 Armor scroll (out of stamina scrolls), +30 STA food, retribution aura, but devotion aura probably would have been better -- it wasn't really needed though.

I did use lay on hands once, but I don't think I really needed to. I was at about 5k health and used it just incase. Move out of her consecrations, dispel the debuff, use FoL when AoW procs, and you'll be fine. She doesn't really do any spike damage. It's fairly straight forward. Alystros the Verdant Keeper is a much more difficult fight to solo.

Soloed as a 74 warlock in demo-spec.
Usually affli so the gear after.
However no problems at all with this.

Clear room, no one is linked to the boss as long you dont send pet to close to boss.

Used Felguard from tip above. Worked perfect. Didnt bother to move him out of the concecration. When it got under me, I moved tho. CoA and corruption only to stay under agro. Health funnel alot. Preferably dont let Felguards health drop under 40% due to some heavy crits sometimes and a little more DPS from boss at the end of his health.

No particular stones or pots required.

Even though this is classified as a horde quest, if you faction change from alliance you will not be able to do it. After turning in the previous part, I accepted this and then got a message saying "You have completed this quest." and the quest was gone. This is probably because the alliance has a matching quest with the same objectives (My Old Enemy).

This is soloed pretty easy by lvl 78 Blood DK (52/0/17)
i just put on the savage saronite pvp set.
hit me for about 700 melee and 400 consecration ticks
just frost precense and tank her down

Soloed as DK lvl 75. Did it in my tanking build and gear with 423 Defense rating 51/5/10 build. Used one Runic Potion when Death Strike was on CD. In the process, used up gnoul to heal myself too. Was easy for DK with 16,329 plate armor.

Got tired of waiting on a group, so I soloed as a 72 demonology lock.

Both me and my felguard had 10K health. The key to this was health funneling the guard at no lower than about 30-40% health. Other than that, it was a typical health tap to restore the felguards mana to hold threat, CoA, corr, and immolate, followed by an incinerate or 2 when possible. She occasionally nailed my felguard for about half his health, very quickly, so I'd suggest keep your health funnel available for an immediate "omgHEAL" moment. She threw what looked like a penance ball at me and left a consecrate on the ground, while I wasn't near my felguard, be sure to move, but she only did it once in the 55.85 seconds to do this.

I did use Fel armor to help negate the occasional life taps, and any incidental damage I incurred. Even with that and the penance ball, I didn't go below 70% health or 50% mana myself, and finished the fight with about 95% mana left. Was easy, just have to keep an eye on your demons health, and watch for an immediate health funnel if needed.

Curious as to why both Horde and Alliance have an identical quest (Although Alliance doesn't have a chain) where the Horde get some sweet blue bracers, while the Alliance get some %^&* greens. =E It's not even worth killing her unless you're horde, really.

Just managed to solo her as a 76 Enhancement Shaman 16/51/0

put up totems (flametongue, strength of earth, mana spring, windfury).

opened with a flameshock, popped shamanistic rage, bloodlust and wolves.
started attacking, then let wolves take aggro with twin howl..
she didn't hit me that much, but what damage she did was easily healed by the wolves.

After around 30-40 seconds or so I popped Earth Elemental to get aggro before the wolves disappeared.
and it lasted long enough for me to remove what little HP she had left.

Easy solo as a lvl 77 enhance shaman. Dropped fire ele, wolves, BL. Pulled with FS, and burned her down. Didn't even need to heal with the wolves there...

Well I just soloed it now, Level 75 Troll DK, Blood Spec.

initially clear out the adds, and then make sure you have cooldowns - lots of them.

Anti Magic shell whenever its up, get the ghoul out aswell, and sacrifice it when its about to die - instant 40% hp boost.

Mark of blood on the Paladin, and pray ;)

Essentially it was keep diseases up all the time, and try and keep her in a DnD while spamming Death Strike as much as you can for the HP Boost.
I had to IF once and keep the whole thing in Frost presence.

Also DRR was amazingly fun - and that was spammed every cooldown.

Took me two tries to suss her out, but then managed on the 3rd with about 15% hp left.

well, she hits alot harder than she should for her level. My pet was dead before she was even at half health (she has 90k+)...
lvl 76 BM hunter, rare spawn "snarler" wolf pet. Typical to most group quests, I'll come back in another lvl and try to solo it again (not like hunters actually "solo" anything).
