I would recommend that rogues and feral druids grind out the Redfang furbolgs, as the Frostpaw has mobs have a bleed effect that prevents you from stealthing quickly between pulls.

When you kill a furbolg of one faction it makes you neutral to the other for a short time. So if your gathering in one area you may want to kill a furbolg of the opposite faction to make it easier.

This quest is done in tandem with Children of Ursoc (the locs reported there are good). I did Rage Fang Shrine first and was able to get all 8 blood samples there. I don't know why, but when I arrived at Heart's Blood Shrine, the mobs were yellow (non-aggro). I talked to Kodian there and started to write this post to report my findings... until I heard fighting going on. While writing this post, the mobs went from yellow to red. I hadn't looked for or even noticed any buffs that might have worn off. Maybe someone else can watch for this while running the quest?

I went to rage fang shrine (50,56) and it took me 18 mob kills to get the 8 blood. got them all in one sweep no respawns. did it as a 75 hunter.
coords for Heart's Blood Shrine are (65,60)

Hierophant Thayreen at Amberpine Lodge wants you to obtain 8 Crazed Furbolg Blood from the Furbolgs at Heart's Blood Shrine and Rage Fang Shrine.

Descrizione

The furbolgs that live east of here are more aggressive and bestial than the ones we're used to. Our forces have squared off with them more than once, and the survivors always speak of a dark, slimy substance dripping from their corpses.

Their condition could be linked with the contaminants we found on Vordrassil's remains.

Bring me samples of the furbolgs' blood. You will find them in the Rage Fang Shrine and the Heart's Blood Shrine, far to the east.
