They appear at different places in New Hearthglen, entrance: 72,69
You can find them in the building at 70,71.
But other places they constantly appear at are:
71,71 - The blacksmith, they are inside and outside to the left.
70,70
71,72
72,72
68,76

It takes a few minutes for them to appear.
