You can use your disguise while mounted but mounting will "unguise" you.

All the quests at that location, so far (me being level 76 now), have been the most annoying ones in wotlk. I think I must have went to that loc and back to camp for at least 7 times :( Azeroth style quests ftl.

Just tried this today, wouldn't let me use the disguise unless I was in the actual building of the communication device It did let me leave with it on so at least I didn't have to clear on the way out.

Took me a moment to find the right angle, but to continue this you must "use" Loken's Pedestal.
Once you do so, the image of Loken will appear and give you the information needed.

Image of Loken says: You're late, overseer.
Image of Loken says: Destiny will not wait. Your craftsmen must increase their production of the war golems before the stone giant leader and his army reach Ulduar.
Image of Loken says: Tell your rune-smiths to continue converting what stone giants you can. Those that will not submit must be destroyed.
Image of Loken says: If the stone giants interfere with our work at Ulduar, I will hold you and your thane responsible. Mortal must not be allowed to come to the aid of the giants.
Image of Loken says: Return to your duties, overseer. Be certain to impress upon your workers the urgency of their tasks.

No. To clarify it for Jagganath and urbgeek and to all who felt dissapointed,this is merely an introduction quest. It ends abruptly as you'll do a LONG questline at level 77 in the Northrend Zone of Storm Peaks. The whole questline is based off of aiding Loken in his "disguise". Eventually you'll witness Loken capture his Brother in the quest The Reckoning and will be asked to slay him in the quest Whatever it Takes!. At this point Loken is a boss in the level 78 Dungeon,Ulduar: The Halls of Lightning.

In between you'll unlock the faction The Sons of Hodir,unlock dozens of Daily Quests,be rewarded 3 blues and meet an assortment of characters in one of the best questlines ever fashioned by Blizzard.

I did this quest a few days after 3.2 was realeased, and I couldn't mount while disguised.

loken=loki of the norse mythology; loki was ussualy described as u thin,young man,with an athletic figure and a mischief attitude (some would say even evil;)9 so i dont quite grasp this model of him as a fuller man

Go to the building at 81,59 and use the pedestal in the middle of the room. Wait for some monologue to finish and you're done.

Descrizione

I've created everything else you'll need for your overseer disguise kit. Try not to retch when you put it on. I took pains to make it as true to reality as possible.

Take the kit with you southeast to Dun Argol, use it to disguise yourself, then go to the easternmost building on the broad middle tier of the city.

There, you should see a pedestal where the thane and overseers receive their orders from this Loken. Activate it while disguised and learn all you can from the communication.
