if you haven't discovered Wintergarde Keep by riding there yourself, this is a great way to get it's FP. no running through mobs, etc. just grab the quest at Star's Rest, talk to the Gryphon Master, take the flight and you're there :) (make sure to grab the FP too hehe)

PS. i wish all flying mounts were that fast ^_^

Sadly there are no corpses hanging from the gates! Seems that they were turned into Geists and sent out to terrorize the villagers. Hence why they're all Vengeful Geists.
