Part of the Horde questline for the Wrath Gate event. This quest line is very long and spans the entire length of Dragonblight. Quite honestly, I consider this one of the most important quest lines (thus far) in Wrath. A must-do for any hordeling. :)

In quite a few of these chains there are optional prequests. I will not list these, despite them being in the quest series list, because they are just that: Optional. I will list the LATEST quest available that will start the chain, or the one most likely to pick up while completing other parts of this chain.

Additionally, these quests are Horde Only. I, unfortunately, do not have an Alliance character on the Beta, so I do not have access to any alliance quests. Sorry!

Step names are purely flavor. They generalize what that part of the chain leads up to/is about.

I highly urge everyone to read the quest text. This quest line is quite possibly one of the most epic in Warcraft history and is highly worth the time. Lore lovers and haters alike should enjoy them.

A small side note here.

If Overlord Agmar or Greatmother Icemist is nearby they will also gather around him. Overlord Agmar will also yell "FOR THE HORDE!".

Its amazing how far Blizzard has come since Outlands :D

Another epic horde quest that involves giving the Blood Oath of the Horde. Except this time, surrounded by Taunka that kneel before their chieftain before he becomes their official leader. As an extra touch, everyone then bursts out with a powerful "FOR THE HORDE!".

Truly these quests make players feel proud playing for the Horde.

Like the tauren, Forsaken, trolls and blood elves, so too do the taunka need a leader born of their own blood. The one you saved from Icemist, Roanauk, will be this leader.

<Overlord Agmar hands you a parchment.>

I give to you something familiar - the blood oath of the Horde.

Take the oath to Roanauk Icemist and initiate him into the Horde as leader of the taunka.

Let us not keep him waiting.

<Agmar nods.>
