Get a Deranged Indu'le Villager down to 35% and use the quest item. While you're channeling, the villager will be lifted up into the air and when the channel is over, it will hit the ground dead and lootable.

Make sure you are killing one of the humanoid villagers and not one of the undead.

Alright! Since all these quests are available at the same time...

Fill the Ice gem at 67 , 53 using Ice Revenants ( Ice Revenant )
Fill the Blood gem at 40 , 65 using Deranged Indu'le Villagers (Deranged Indu'le Villager)
Fill the Unholy gem at 46, 50 using Duke Vallenhal (Duke Vallenhal)

Find one of these mobs, beat them down to 35% (be mindful of dots!) and then use the proper gem.

Good to do the following macro so you don't have to keep in mind which of the gems to fill. If you use the questionmark as icon it will show when to use it as well:

/use Blood Gem
/use Unholy Gem
/use Frost Gem

I'm unsure, but I think it bugs if you use the gem whilst they're using their whirlwind type attack, "Deranged Tantrum". I tried it twice and didn't get the completion message, instead they dropped back down and continued attacking me after a slight pause.

In service of blood/frost both gave me 22550 exp (at lvl 74), but Unholy gave me 28214 experience.

And if you are a shaman i recommend that u turn of windfury on ur weapons.. cause that last 35% went really fast (:

Did no one else feel a little evil that you suspended an almost-dead, crazed tuskarr in the air and sucked the blood from his body? The animation was well done enough that I wouldn't want my young kids to watch that scene.

I hate directions with coordinates, Not everyone has them nor do they want them. So when giving directions, give real directions like what exactly to do!

What you need to do for this quest is:

Attack a deranged villager and when he is down to 15% health then you need to right click on the blood stone and extract his blood. It will not work any other time than when the villager is at 15%.

The blood of innocents was once used to sate the thirst of the blade. Alas, such options are no longer available to me.

<Koltira pauses to think.>

We must improvise. South of here, upon the high bluffs, is the tuskarr village of Indu'le. Having been recently overrun by the Blue Dragonflight's chaotic magic, the resident tuskarr of Indu'le have gone mad.

Take this blood gem and use it on a deranged villager. If I cannot take the blood of innocents, I shall have the blood of the meek!
