Really usefull chain since it unlocks daily for The Wyrmrest Accord and give nice amount of XP/rep.

I just did the quest where I found "A strange Device", but after turning the quest in the device has disappeared and I can therefore not unlock the quest series.

I have tried killing him again, but he doesn't drop the item anymore.

I have also tried to speak to the quest giver, but this is not possible.

How do I get "Defend Wyrmrest Temple" without the device to unlock the quest line that leads to it?

This quest is started from Goramosh's Strange Device, which drops from Goramosh @ coordinates 19, 58 in Moonrest Gardens

Goramosh also drops The Scales of Goramosh for quest Prevent the Accord, so Goramosh's Strange Device can be looted while doing that quest.

Perhaps the archmage back at Stars' Rest to the east of the Moonrest Gardens would be able to tell what it's used for?
