Extremely simple and easy quest, you can just head east out of Nozzlerust and look around the giant skeletons for the bone chunks. No killing required :)

These spawn so fast you can just pick a dragon skeleton and get all twelve by making laps around it. I used one at 60.18, 26.77 and just followed behind the hulking jor#$%^er, keeping him opposite of the bones from me.

The quest title and dialogue are presumably an homage to Mythbusters, where they tested whether an ice bullet could actually be shot from a gun and be lethal (á la Kennedy shooting conspiracies).

To ruin the ending for you, the results were that the only damage caused from point blank range was from the burning gunpowder hitting the 'skin' of the ballistics dummy, the ice simply vaporised under the intense heat and pressure whilst exiting the gun barrel.

The best place I found for these was the bone structure slightly southwest of the quest giver. You can see it if you're standing at the quest NPC. This skeletal structure has 7 or 8 bones you can grab in just one pass.

Somethings bugged about this. I sat by the bones for atleast 20 minutes after getting 9 bones and absolutely none respawned anywhere

For this quest I found that the location 60,27 was where I found all of the bone shards. But i would be careful as a 73 eltie wonders near there.

I wanted that fun looking thunder capacitor :( us melees get stuck with a boring on-use ap buff trinket that i've already seen 3 variations of while questing in Northrend.

As a balance druid, this is showing up in Rawr as the best pre-raid trinket and even slightly ahead of Sundial of the Exiled.

Appears that the dragon bones for this quest, along with the crates for Stocking Up, aren't respawning, making these 2 quests impossible to complete

If you are gathering those at the big dragon, close to the questgiver, look out a bit for patrolling jormungar.

No no no! Those ice shards didn't work at all! They'll melt before they even do any damage. That's the last time I'll trust Narf's word on materials. This means we need something else entirely for the shrapnel.

I know! I'm brilliant. Bone splinters.

There are some bones all around here that the jormungar have been gnawing on pretty thoroughly. Go check them out and see if you can find me some splintered bone that I can use.
