You have to kill the last boss of the nexus in order to complete the quest.

Any of you know if this quest, along with other Nexus quests, can be completed on heroic? Guess it is possible but ya never know what blizz comes up to :P.

In order to get this quest, you have to use the Scintillating Fragment which drops from the Coldarra Spellbinders around the Nexus. Then follow the questchain(s) you get from it:

Then use the Augmented Arcane Prison you get as reward and Keristrasza appears, giving you a new chain:

It kinda ruins the lore of this quest if you run The Nexus before getting this quest.
I'd already killed Keristrasza twice before getting this.

She starts in an ice block and can be freed by any of the orbs in the room once all three sub-bosses are defeated. She has a tail sweep, can frost nova, and occasionally breathes, but her most dangerous ability is very easily avoided. A stacking debuff will appear on every character, dealing damage and slowing them, but is removed as soon as they move. (Even jumping works.) As long as the combatants remain mobile, this fight becomes very easy, in spite of the low-health enrage.

If you get trapped so you can't jump - just heal yourself or get healed till its gone - then jump or move again
