You could always look at the out-cropping to the east, it has a few loose rocks.

For those of you with coords, you can find them anywhere along the road to the south of the camp, not hard to find.

You will need to find 1 Fjord Grub from the object Loose Rock around the quest giver.

When I went to do this quest today it was bugged for some reason and I couldn't interact with the rocks to get the grubs out. Abandoning the quest and picking it up again fixed the problem, so try that if the rocks aren't working.

this is very easy quest if u know what to do here are the steps:
1. find a from the object
then return to the questgiver
next to the questgiver its a bird in a cage (dismount if needed) and talk to the bird
should be easy as that

Run to the big rock directly to the east...the grubs are hidden under the sparkling rocks. Run back to quest giver and talk to the pet next to him. Quest done...booyah!

The grubs are under the flat gray rocks that are laying around just to the north.

two grubs found under sparkling rock. Quest giver Q-mark doesn't turn golden, but rocks are no longer sparkling, so no more grubs to be had. I have abandoned & retaken the quest, and I've logged out and started all over, but it isn't working. I give up. Maybe they'll fix it next patch.

Hidalgo at the Explorers' League Outpost in the Howling Fjord wants you to find a Fjord Grub and feed it to one of the falcons in the cage by his feet.

Descrizione

The first and most important factor in falconry is the bond between the falconer and <his/her> bird. Trust must be earned by the master!

<Hidalgo points to the falcons in the cage at his feet.>

If you are to earn their trust you will first need to fill their bellies.

The fjord rock falcon, as these birds are known, primarily eat grubs. Throughout the fjord you will find loose rocks that serve as breeding grounds for these grubs. Find a grub and return here to feed the falcons in the cage.
