Keeper Witherleaf is located in the Twisted Glade (the northernmost glade icon of the 3 on the map). His spawn point appears to be (53,19).

if you kill Keeper near or at the spawn point, the new Keeper shall spawns almost immediately after some seconds. Don't stay at the spawn point!

53 17 is the mark, just in the woods of the road, he paces in the middle of some bad guyz, so be carefull,it was cake for me, ( rogue ).

Kinda frustrating as he tends to be surrounded by other mobs. I found the best approach from the north, about 53,14 on the ledge overlooking the glade, facing south. I only had to kill two other mobs before he wandered into me.
