This quest is a reference to the Quentin Tarantino movie Pulp Fiction. In the scene, Bruce Willis's character, Butch, takes a bike from Zedd, and goes to pick up his girlfriend, Fabienne, and leave town.

Fabienne: Butch, whose motorcycle is this?

Butch: It's a chopper, baby.

Fabienne: Whose chopper is this?

The question mark is hidden by the chain he is hanging from. He is down the little hill near the bridge in the WYRMSKULL VILLAGE.

The line, "You're no doctor but the prognosis for Zedd is most assuredly negative," is probably a reference to the Seinfeld episode The Dog, in which Jerry, Elaine, and George are planning on seeing a movie called "Prognosis Negative," but can't, because Jerry is forced to take care of someone else's dog. One of my favorite episodes :)

Name of the quest might also be a mix of Pulp Fiction and the Black Adder TV series, season one, where Black Adder tries to take over the kingdom by claiming the king has died on a crusade. The traditional "The king is dead, long live the king"-chant is changed by his brother to a somewhat less impressive "the king is probably dead".

Zedd is no longer hanging from the underside of the bridge he is laying on the ground in the worg pit.

Coords are 56, 52. He's hanging on hook underneath the bridge. The question mark is mostly obscured by the chain he's hanging from. And, yes, Zedd is most definitely dead. You want to turn this in before going into the Catacombs, since the next part takes you there anyway AND this part is just before the catacomb entrance.

These bloodthirsty monsters have taken up residence in the ruins of Wyrmskull. What they want or why they're here is a mystery. In any case, the artifacts are not safe with those beast-men around.

Zedd and I made a new discovery while hiding out: a cipher to decode the tablets! Unfortunately Zedd and I were separated late last night. He had the cipher. Tablets were with Glorenfeld and Daegarn. Location unknown...
