Cowlen is on the end of a dock that protrudes from the far south eastern corner of Silvermyst Isle. If you've been to Traitor's Cove, just continue following the island south down along that east side, and you can't miss it or him. Technically he is in the Veiled Sea because you switch zones at the furthest point on the dock.

its really at 28,32 (Veiled Sea zone) but using 16,94 while on the island will lead you to the right direction, go to the end of the dock and you'll see him there

Make sure you pick up the "A Cry For Help" quest before you head there. The quest recommends two people, however, is easily soloable by one person.

The NPC who begins this quest is located at 13,73 next to a large piece of wood/log. The escort leads you right to her father, who ends this quest and begins the next.

Silvermyst Isle is the little island to the bottom left of Azuremyst Isle. The missing fisherman, Cowlen, is at the bottom of Silvermyst, along the shore. He's sittng on a bridge.

Both 16,94 AND 28,32 are correct! However, 28,32 is pretty useless!

Most people will want to know: 16,94!.
This is the far South West portion of Azuremyst Isle;

Once you get to this point (which is the docks on the South East edge of Silvermyst Isle), if you stand on the very end of the docks then the coordinates become .

16,94 are the correct coordinates. Silvermyst Isle is on the south-western portion of your map. It's a small island that's southwest of Bristlelimb Village. He sits on a dock at the southern tip of Silvermyst Isle.

The correct cords are both: 29.33 and 16.94

The first cords are the WORLD MAP CORDS: 29.33

The second cords are the REGION MAP CORDS: 16.94

16.6,94.4 are the exact coordinates on the bridge.. some night elf guy sitting there looking out to sea.his name is Cowlen, he cries sometimes..

As you walk half way down the pier the coordinates go from 16, 93 (local vector)
to 28,32 (global vector)
for those with No Co-ords: Bottom Most (Southern) tip of Silvermyst Isle
Must be right on the edge of existence...LOL

Anyway there he is, cryin' like a baby...

Cowlen can be found at location 29,33 in Azuremyst Isle, sitting on the dock on the SE corner of Silvermyst Isle, which itself is the island off the SW corner of Azuremyst Isle.

Ok so here it is...

when you are on azuremyst or silvermyst island and you type in 16,93 that is the right coords.

If you are in the water in between the two isle (which is where the dock itself is considered) the coords are 28,32

So... if you are putting in coords to find him while standing on land, use 16,93
If you are off the isle in the water and are no longer considered in the azuremyst isle zone, use 28,32... they are both correct

The best way to get there IMO is to just swim from Odesyus' Landing...No fighting and a lot shorter of a trip than trying to go around all the mountains.

those saying 29,33 have had their map zoomed out to world view, which throws off the co-ords.

In the fevered dreams of our injured guest, she spoke of a fisherman, Cowlen, who was in some distress at Silvermyst Isle, to the southwest, off the coast of Azuremyst.

With all that has been happening, no one has had the opportunity to look into it, but I do feel a bit of worry. Perhaps there's something you can do, <name>?
