I was able to do the additional quests at level 50, not 55 as is stated.

you get 82.5 reps as human (10% diplomaty)

each turn gave you 82/83 reps

to make this process easier create a macro with the following:

/run SelectGossipAvailableQuest(1);CompleteQuest();GetQuestReward()

talk to the NPC then mash the macro button and it will accept the quest, complete it and close the window

Did it the runecloth way.. Spent around 600g and only gained about 6k rep.. If you're poor like me, definitely not the way to go about this- Switched to questing afterwards instead.
