Reward from Zenn's Bidding.

This item works like Curse of Weakness and is actually a useful addition for low level Night Elves. When I play through the zone I use the item to curse bosses and reduce some of their damage. Save it and use it.

This item has a 30 yard range and the effect is instant.

It's a good tool for pulling difficult mobs early on, and Joana's leveling guide advises you to use it on Lord Melenas when completing the quest Twisted Hatred. This particular mob shifts into cat form and has an attack speed of 1.00, and the -5 Physical damage reduction thus means you receive 5 less DPS on you. At around level 6-8 this is quite noteworthy, as you typically have roughly 125-170 HP at this stage.
