this gave me and everyoine in the group , a very good ring with random stats ( i got 9 stam , 9 str) some got 7 stam 7 int , 2 mp5 , pretty decent for the req lvl

can also gives some shoulders

No weapons and no trickets, all other gear can drop in these bags though.

Reward bag for completing (usually by killing the boss required for its corresponding achievement) a random dungeon in the level range 26 to 35 using the Looking for Dungeon feature that was implemented in patch 3.3. The level range is determined by the instance you run, not the level your character is. It includes Gnomeregan, Razorfen Kraul, all wings of Scarlet Monastry and the Wicked Grotto (purple) wing of Maraudon. The satchel for this level range contains either a Necklace or Gloves, all BoP randomly enchanted rare iLvl 35 items.

If you recieve an item with variable armor type, it is the highest armor type your class can wear at that level range.
The random enchant is determined by the armor type (you won't find dodge rating on cloth for example) but may not neceserily be useful to your character (a warrior may find caster plate for example). Possible enchants can be for 1, 2 or 3 stats. Due to itemization rules, enchants with 3 stats are usually most powerful.
The slots that can be filled with these rewards change over the level brackets to ensure they don't trivialize quest rewards or instance drops and include Cloak, Necklace, Shoulders, Gloves, Belt, Boots and Ring (full list).
The iLvls rewarded for instances in Outland are so low that an average quest green will surpass these items.

I have recieved the shoulders, necklace, rings, and gloves on my 36 druid. The bag always seems to have gear appropriate for ( or at least wearable by) the class recieving the Satchel. In one day of random dungeoning I went from Lv33 in mostly greens , to nearly 37 with mostly blues, both for my bear-tank set and some stuff to add to my resto set! I am loving the random dungeon tool! Great for us altoholics who reall do not want to do Barrens/Desolace/STV/etc questing yet another time!

Also verifying that the items in Satchel cannot be traded to other party members. The worst part is trying to decide if I wanna keep the Monkey or the Soldier!

I have confirmed that the level of the bag you get is determined by the level of the instance, not the level of your character.

These bags (level 24-34) are from the following random'd instances:

The Stockades
Razorfen Kraul
Gnomeregan
SM - Graveyard
SM - Library

Well I ran Stocks as a lvl 23 twice, and got a cloak both times. So either 1. Stockades is not included in the list of dungeons that reward this bag or 2. Level 23 is too low to obtain this bag.

From my experience:
I ran stockades as a lvl 25...
I finished and received a belt ...
I went into stocks again...
I lvled to 26 half way through...
I received a Necklace...
So ya, seems to have to do with the level of your character!

Something ive noticed as ive been playing my priest in dungeons, when I wand alot as a healer I keep getting stuff -of the monkey, and other useless stuff for me, but when the group needs healing and I almost heal everyfight cause my bubble aint good enough I get stuff with spell power and int.

So my conclusion is what you get depends on what you do in the instance, although I cant explain how a rogue get int...

It says the reward is suppose to be 3100 exp, but I am only getting 310
