Not exactly THAT useful when you have Heirlooms. It seems that my latest trend (40-ish to 45) is to get Shoulders with semi-useful enchants or rings with melee stats on my Priest. T-T

EDIT: After this post, I realized that *gasp* there are people leveling for the first time. These shoulders would be amazing if you didn't have to grind dungeons for the entire bracket you get these for one with a decent enchant.
