Also as Thorvath said, there is a backpack thing with it,so if you want a ghostbuster likeoutfit theres the Proton pack for you. It'll just be one of those things were they're in a toxic area or something

Quick question, feel free to downrate once it's answered.

Someone mentioned that if you have "Show cloak" disabled, the backpack does not show, but what if you have that enables but "Show helm" disabled. Will you just not see the mask but still see the backpack? That idiot up there mentioning the ghost busters just made me curious if it would hide the helm portion and only the helm portion or not. Thanks!

The mask applies an invisible, independent "buff" that gives you the backpack. Having helms disabled doesn't remove the backpack, and neither does hiding your cloak.

This mask was originally worn by Chief Plaguebringer Harris, found in New Agamand, Howling Fjord.

I'm pretty excited that Blizzard decided to put in some items like these just for the fun of it and not the stats, during this Holiday. It makes running this daily actually worth it.

Interesting note: when using an Iron Boot Flask, the backpack is displayed on your model. The face mask will be hidden, as expected.

To clear up any confusion of what exactly the pack on your back is for (some people believe it's for breathing) .
The back pack is a carrier for two, pressurized cannisters of the concentrated perfume used by Hummel. The fluid inside the cannisters (as well as the gaseous spray) is violet, like the perfume Hummel used during the fight, explaining why it's part of his loot table. (like The Headless Horseman's Helm or Coren's Mugs O' Hurt but withou stats)

I encountered a weird display bug for the backpack on the character screen on my male undead. The backpack is not on the characters back, but when my undead did the stretch they usually do, I saw what appeared to be the backpack floating in the air, just at the top of the character window. No doubt this will be fixed soon, but still pretty interesting.

Edit: By character screen I mean your equipment screen.

Um...i though this would be a good place to mention this i think blizz should go back and make at least 1 faction realated class. I think it would be cool if they gave the Hord an Apothacary class. And the Alliance a Historian sorta class because of the dawrvs and what not. I think it would be cool to run around as a undead (or anyother hord) and using chemicals and whatnot to kill guys

Great alternative to Freezing Trap and Freezing Arrow for hunters looking to tame elite beasts, considering the "stun" effect last 10 seconds more than the channel time of Tame Beast. I was wondering if some mobs could be immune to it, so just in case I went to UBRS and tried it on The Beast, and saw in the combat log that it was in fact immune to it, so it's pretty much guarantied that King Krush won't be affected either. A shame, but since it does work very well on other beasts it is still quite valuable.

This macros toggles showing helm, but it has no effect on gas cannisters, meaning you can actually display only cannisters whithout helm.

Lol. If you use this item on a Dalaran sewer frog, it will attack you when the duration of the poison runs out, pretty fun to watch a frog hit you for 1 dmg ^^ And tbh I dont know if this happens at any other item, Id just thought , hey I'll post this here, maybe someone find some use of it^^

The mask is cool because it has a liquid holder on back and when you cast spell you get to cast out of gun like what the purple boss did,its pretty fun.

I don't like the backpack and I found a way to make it dissapear!
You need: Mechano Hog (Havn't tried with a normal mount, but I think it only works with passenger vehicles. Correct me if I am wrong!), and Orb of the Sin'dorei (Or any other costume you can use WHILE MOUNTED)

Mount, use costume, take off costume.

Backpack is gone! Yay!

For anyone wanting an RP set with this, I have been playing on Moon Guard recently, and I have found that a suit that works is the Skom green set ( Level 69 Mail ) matches pretty well with it. Without the spaulders!

WARNING - MAJOR SPOILERS ABOUT THE DOCTOR WHO EPISODES BELOW
(only stating so nobody complains that I didn't give them fair enough warning)

Medical nano-bots had crashed to earth and found an injured boy with, as Quilan says below --> "Head Trauma, Chest collapse~~, and meld to flesh~~" a scar on the back of his hand. Essentially dead, this boy was revived by the nano-bots.

These medi-nano-bot-thingies, having never encountered a human before, took this boys state as being the 'true' state of humanity - and every other human this boy touched ended up with the same 'symptoms as above'... Head trauma, collapsed chest, a scar on the back of the hand... and the mask that the boy had on - melded onto their face - seamlessly, as the video shows.

There's a lot more plot to it, and these two episodes - "The Empty Child" and "The Doctor Dances" are by far the scariest of the new episodes out there. "Blink", in my opinion, comes in just above it.

And on one final note...
