It's likely that a use for these won't be fully implemented until Arena Season 7 starts, similarly to how Koralon is not yet implemented in VOA due to his dropping season 7 gear.

What can you use these for? Why, there are many uses....just none of them beneficial.

You can use these to:

take up a space in your ever-so-empty bag
have the satisfaction in knowing Blizz was only semi-creative in creating a new AV
collect all 100 and thereafter, you get fun letters - someone really likes you!
now you can thank yourself that something is worse than getting p$nis enlargement spam...IoC mark emails!

Blizz still hasn't made anything purchasable with strand of the ancient marks either, so chances of them making these worth anything anytime soon is pretty slim...

Blizz should let Isle of Conquest Mark of Honor and strand of the ancient marks take the place of different marks like the trade they do with the different emblems

As of 3.3 (I think, perhaps 3.2), all BG marks beyond the 100-mark limit in your currency tab will be mailed to you, and will expire in 30 days instead of the previous 24 hours. Be sure to clean/empty/spend those marks in your mailbox, otherwise you may find yourself running out of mailbox space. :)

Patch 3.3.3 has made these and most other battleground marks no longer obtainable.

No PvP reward has ever required Isle of Conquest Marks of Honor to purchase; however, they were turned in along with the other battlegrounds' marks to complete these quests.

Leftover marks can be turned in to the NPC at the Champions' Hall in Stormwind (Alliance) or the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar (Horde). As of this post, they are worth 185 Honor each, regardless of level.
