Not sure, but this may be the new "season 6 trinket" everyone is talking about that will most probably have a personal rating requirement such as battlemaster trinket is today.

Anyone else thinks the use-effect of this is written in a strange way?

Use: Increases Spell Power by up to 440 for 20 sec.

Almost looks like they would pick a random number between 0 and 440 :).

As a paladin 2v2 and 3v3 healer, I am very excited about getting this trinket. It should make life easier when I'm trying to heal through the initial burst of an all-dps team.

Basically an improved version of Flow of Knowledge -- the Platinum disks of Sorcery have more resilience and on-demand spell power gain instead of a random proc.
